Guy, Thanks for your podcast on Marketing Voices. I am sure it will become one of the leading podcasts on the PodTech network. It was really fun to chat and hear how you think marketing is changing given your years in the business of technology.
I’m especially drawn towards Seth Godin’s podcast, as well as Ross Mayfield and his socialwiki..
These “Top 10 Favorite (fill in the blank)” lists are a fabulous way to get publicity.
What are the top ten written sources? I don’t have anything against podcasts per se, but for me personally reading is a better way to absorb information. I hope that many good sources, such as the people you mention, don’t use all their energy producing podcasts and neglect to provide it for readers.
I might be mistaken, but I believe these podcasts are all available on iTunes (for free).
Thanks for the resources! Some of your readers might also enjoy eMarketing Talk Show, a podcast featuring SEM and SMM case studies.

Full disclosure: I was a guest on the show last month but I truly love the content. =)

GREAT LIST ;)
Allow me to recommend The M Show:

It is one of the longest running podcasts I can recall, run by John Wall of Boston. And it is always no more than 10 minutes of news, talk and business marketing information.

Guy — I’m enjoying listening to these, and getting lots out of them as I move from an editorial to a marketing role at my company. FWIW, here’s my take on “How to Change the World” as a title: Absolutely do use it for your book. There’s a great temptation for a lot of the folks in the crowd to regard Steve Jobs, Larry/Sergey, BillG, or even Guy K. as existing waaaaay off on a mountaintop, far beyond the ken of common mortals. This is bogus, as you well know; your examples of somebody starting a school, church, or niche blog aimed at empowering people – all of these things really *do* change the world. Hammer that home as much as you can, and even that one message or theme will, in itself, be a way of changing the world for the better. Cheers and keep up the good work! — TW
Who Are You Marketing To?
Guy Kawasaki’s post on the Top Ten Marketing Podcasts is full of great information on marketing in today’s world. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that marketing is just for businesses. Smart people will want to learn all they can
That’s an excellent selection!

Hey, thanks for the list, very interesting!
Serendipity! I clicked on my favorite link to your blog this evening with the following question in mind: Are there any great, current sources of information that discuss ways to increase blog and website traffic and community? So, thank you, and if you can recommend any good reads, it’d be much appreciated. (Now, per Robert Scoble’s podcast, back to my mission: getting on the first page of Google search results for my site’s topics. Cuz’ if I’m not on the first page…!)
Best,
H. Taylor
